Yeah, this is so frustrating!! And, I had very similar experiences growing up. I also run into the "She seems 'sweet,' so she's probably a weak doormat" sentiment often, & it's beyond frustrating!
I never loved the Spice Girls, but I did have a guilty pleasure for N'Sync & the Backstreet Boys!😄
