This is great, Ryan. I am getting ready to quit my “supplemental income" job, but only because I hate it & have been at the hybrid for two years. I think there are times the all-in, huge risk pays off, but I think it’s extremely rare. One has to use extreme discernment & wisdom when choosing to plunge. Really great article & good advice!
