This is clever and cute, Holly! As much as I resisted at first, being forced to omit parentheticals and ellipses has improved my writing immensely. The omission of periods in a subtitle or heading also makes so much sense to me, as a full stop interrupts the flow of the read. I hope I never develop these phobias, though. I have heard parenthetical bites are the most painful scars ever😄
