This! I am absolutely a hugger, but only with people I’m close to — I hate when acquaintances go in for a deep embrace, even more so throughout the pandemic. I had a boss (female) known for giving people tight, big hugs. She would hold on for far too long and made me feel icky. It got so I’d see her coming and make sure I was busy to avoid said hug
