Doesn't HIPPA mandate that a patient cannot be refused treatment? I'm not someone who assumes all men are misogynistic, but it seems there's a tendency to make women the blame-hokders in all tenuous situations. I run in my sports bra, but yeah, if I were meeting someone I'd probably throw on a shirt or jacket. I think I side with the woman here, though
