Disturbing and crazy!

I’m not an advocate of alcoholism and am well aware of the dangers of alcohol addiction. But according to WHO’s draft of its Global Alcohol Action Plan 2022–2030, the organization suggests preventing not only pregnant women from drinking alcohol, but any woman of “child-bearing age.”
