Alllll of my stories get the “hang tight!” message. The second (I think?) piece that I ever had published in a magazine here was curated, and that is it…”Hang tight!” stays for a couple of weeks, & then is followed by a “Curators may chose to distribute at a later date" message. I love Medium, & I know that ultimately, curation is just a fun “ribbon" & looks cool on the resume. But it is tough to see not-so-great pieces with glaring grammar or spelling errors get that coveted curation(It seems to happen often. But, among many gems that DO get curated, too, I should add)…Just bums me out that my stories aren’t even reaching a curator before getting rejected. I’m fairly certain that I have some duds out there, but I think a fair amount that should’ve been curated, too. Ah, well…sigh…
