All of this!! It wasn’t that there weren’t signs pointing toward Dany’s unraveling or that I even cared about the Bran thing (although…seriously?). It was the blatant lack of care D & D had for the story, the layers of beautifully-woven character arcs, or the fans. They wanted to plunge into their next multimillion dollar deal while the water was still inviting. Even four more episodes would have helped. It’s like when a kid spends all day at the beach, building an awe-inspiring sand castle, only to have some douchebag bully kick it down in one swift motion. I even loved the first 3 episodes! I still feel bitter😄.
