40s...I'm definitely looking forward to the shit warmed over shit stage, though😂. You rock, my friend! I'm still skinny, but am "skinny fat"--like overnight, the tone melted away from all of the places it matters & my go to exercises to prevent this don't care or want to work as they did 4 years ago😭😂
